Semi-Private Lessons

Weekly 45 minutes & 60 minutes
**Semi-private lessons are only conducted if there are two students,
with a maximum of three students per group.**
In our semi-private lessons, each student still receives individual guidance and feedback while experiencing the joy and learning benefits of playing alongside a peer. This approach offers a well-rounded learning experience, combining the benefits of private instruction with collaborative learning.
Peer Inspiration:
Learning alongside a peer can increase motivation as students often encourage and inspire each other.
Friendly Competition:
A little bit of friendly competition helps students stay focused, set goals, and strive for improvement in a supportive setting.
Improved Listening Skills:
Listening to a peer play encourages students to refine their ear training and rhythm, as they must keep time and harmonize together.
Learning by Watching:
Observing a partner play allows students to pick up new techniques and understand different ways of interpreting music.
Feedback Opportunity:
Students learn to give and receive constructive feedback, building a more dynamic understanding of the music and technique.
Small-Scale Performance Practice:
Playing in front of another student offers practice in performing, building confidence in a low-pressure environment.
Shared Encouragement: Students support each other through challenges, helping to boost their confidence as they improve together.
